spring time is here!
and that means the time for no pants is now more than ever. get to it!
but first, allow me to travel into the past. in summer 2008, this writer participated in uc san diego's undie run--a wonderful no pants excursion around the campus in celebration of the end of finals. no pants parties are always more fun in groups (in fact, my fellow bloggeur is contemplating a no pants housewarming for her new apartment!).
here we all are, about to embark on our jog:

yesterday, i wore a red and white striped shirt
after i finished with the piratey portion of my day, i decided to go for a walk. on top of my red and white striped shirt, i placed a black and grey striped sweater. i strolled for a bit and, upon my return to my apartment, took off my shorts (proper measure for arrival at one's own home). at this moment, i recalled i was wearing black and white striped underwear. the similar stripe size and various stripe colors were serendipitous. i give you a representation of them here:
